Shipping
We deliver worldwide, for free! We ship from Belgium, using postal services, and all our parcels have a tracking number.
Our delivery times are the following :
- Belgium & the Netherlands : 2 to 3 business days
- Europe : 2 to 7 business days
- America (North and South) : 5 to 8 business days
- Asia / Russia / Middle East : 6 to 9 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days
- Africa : 4 to 10 business days
Confirmation Emails
We send 2 automatic emails : one to confirm your order, and one with tracking information once your parcel has been fulfilled. Depending on your email provider, you may receive those emails in your "spam" folder.
Returns
You can return your order within next 15 days after you received it according to tracking information, no question asked! Please contact us support@mariyakova.be to know more about this process.
Payments
- Bank card (through Stripe) : we accept most currencies (EUR, USD, CAD, JPY, CHF, GBP, etc.) and you will be charged in your local / preferred currency.
- Paypal : we accept following currencies - EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, GBP, SEK & USD. This payment option will be displayed only if currency is available, so if it's displayed you can proceed.
